RECRUITMENT

Recruitment
Information

Our chapter requires one Recruitment Introduction Form (RIF) to be completed and encourages obtaining at least one letter of support.

A RIF must be written by a Chi Omega alumnae. The online RIF System through Chi Omega's national website delivers the information provided directly to the chapter’s recruitment team and RIF advisor within minutes of submitting all the correct information.

We require that all RIFs be submitted online because it expedites the process and ensures that each RIF has all the information needed for approval. If you have any questions to the electronic process,

Please email RIF questions to:
aggiechiora@gmail.com

Letters of Support can be sent to:

aggiechiorecruitment@gmail.com

Online RIFs can be submitted by logging into the Chi Omega EveryDay website!

Howdy!

My name is Campbell Gattis and I have the privilege of serving as the New Member Educator this year for PC '25. Out of all the various ways to serve Chi Omega, I truly believe this position is the best.

To the incoming pledge class, my team and I having been preparing your new member experience since January and we could not be more excited to meet you! As New Member Educator, it is my job to make sure each of you feels plugged in to not only the chapter, but Texas A&M as a whole. From 14 days of Chi O, to retreats, to mixers, to Big Little Reveal, and to initiation, we have so much around the corner. I am honored to get to be such an integral apart of your first few months in Greek Life at Texas A&M, and am ecstatic for all the memories we will have! You will soon understand truly how special Chi O is and how even more special the girls are that create it.

XOXO,

Campbell Gattis

Meet our Recruitment Chair!

Dear Potential New Members,

My name is Tyler Bloss, and I have the incredible joy of serving as the Recruitment Chair for Chi Omega this year.  It has been such a blessing getting to prepare to welcome new faces into our chapter during Formal Fall Recruitment. My role is to serve and guide our chapter, work as a liaison between Panhellenic and our members, and most importantly to love and value each and every girl that walks through our doors during Recruitment!

I know Recruitment can feel overwhelming and maybe a little bit scary, but my team and I are here to hopefully provide some encouragement and peace for you if you are coming through Recruitment this year. I remember my experience as a potential new member and feeling all the nerves, but also being equally excited. Our heart behind this whole process is to serve as a light in such an unknown process. If you are feeling all of the same things I was feeling, just know that Chi Omega wants to get to know YOU! We want to know what makes you special and unique, because each of you are. Our advice to you is to just be undeniably yourself. Our deepest desire for Recruitment is just to connect with each of you in a real and honest way. We cannot express enough how honored we are that we have the privilege of meeting you. Beginning with Recruitment, college is a time of transition and change, but we hope that you can feel at home in Chi Omega.

This sisterhood is filled with women who inspire me daily. They are kind, bold, compassionate, and authentic. Girls who make you feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Chi Omega will abundantly provide you with relationships that will refine you and teach you to live graciously and authentically.  College is a big adjustment, but our hope is that Chi Omega will not only enhance your years at Texas A&M but be the best part about your time here as a student. I know it has been for me.

XOXO,
Tyler Bloss
